What is the WC-Connection?
The WC-Connection is a web-based tool that connects schools to businesses and businesses to schools. It links business information and employment opportunities to students and job seekers using the WISCareers website. (WISCareers is a used by the marjority of K-12 school districts in Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical Colleges, Universities of Wisconsin Systems, and the Wisconsin Job Centers). WC-Connection also creates a database of volunteers from your local businesses that can be used by teachers, counselors, and administrators to locate volunteers for educational activities.
How will the WC-Connection benefit businesses/organizations?
