Standard 10 – Instructional Staff

The instructional staff must have technical competency and meet all state and local requirements for accreditation.

Standard 10.1 – TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

Documents to collect include the following:

Standard 10.3 – TECHNICAL UPDATING

Documents to collect include the following:

A. Provide a copy of the inventory of trace publications, service bulletins, etc. The evaluation team will conduct a visual inspection.

B. Provide certificate, transcript, or completion forms for each instructor.

A. Rate the availability of automotive trade publications, service bulletins, and other materials needed to maintain technical competence for the instructional staff. Standard 10.4 –SUBSTITUTES

A. Provide a written policy on substitute teachers and schedule for orientation of new substitutes.
