Preparing Students For College & Careers

A Leader in Youth Apprenticeship Programs

Work-Based Component

Our Work-Based Component gives high school students the chance to have first-hand experiences on the job while giving employers the chance to train tomorrow’s workers today.    In a work-based learning setting, students explore a career path they are interested in pursuing.  Work-based learning often strengthens academic learning and reinforces the connection between education and employment.

Opportunities for certified work-base learning include the following:

Youth Apprenticeship

Cooperative Education Skills Certificate

Employability Skills

Each of the above provides students with a Skills Certificate at the completion of the program.

Not all school offer the same opportunities.  Students interested in one of the above should check in with their school contact.
