Instead of the Construction Training Center Overview Class....wondering if we should plan a Summer Camp, or spring/winter Break experience for 9th-10th graders....
or move the class to just a semester?
Looking to Keep Mechanical Trades - with Dave Jones...Wednesday evenings...
The electrician is interested in possibly hosting trainings for students (in verona)... Should this be a semester course? Wednesday Evenings? or other time?
Please comment and provide feedback as to what would work for your students?
With the Construction Trades Overview course now being treated as an exploration course for 10th or 11th grade students or even 12th grade and not being used as a related construction course, I feel offering the electrical course for the year for 1 high school credit would be helpful. Maybe enhance the curriculum to include not just electrical skills, but general construction skills in addition?
The struggle for us is the evening class, distance, and conflict with athletics for any of our students who are athletes. The semester vs. year-long is likely a solution for some students who cannot commit to a full year of evenings. What would a frosh/soph event look like?
