What did you love about YA?
It gave me the opportunity to spend more time at work enhancing my skill set. I also appreciated that I had regular meetings with my employer and my YA mentor to track my progress.
How did YA influence your plans after high school?
I continued to grow with Oak Park Place. I am now a Team Lead, have a nursing scholarship, and am a part of their ambassador team. I am also now working on my Registered Nursing degree.
